Grant Guilbert graduated from Texas A&M and the University of Texas and has since spent his career working for startup companies and working in the optometry industry. Grant worked for the Texas Optometric Association and PAC for 8 years before joining the Elevate Digital Optics lab. Grant genuinely seeks to help independent practices and businesses and he is excited to serve the industry with one of the few remaining independent optical labs in the country.

Dr. Peter Cass is a 2000 graduate of the University of Houston, College of Optometry and has a practice in Beaumont, TX. He is also a managing partner of Practice Compliance Solutions, an optometry consulting company. Dr. Cass has served on the Texas Optometric Association’s board since 2009 and was President from 2017 to 2018. Dr. Cass has been on the board of EDO since 2019 and currently is the Board Chair.

Mia Gee is EDO’s Manager of Operations. With over 23 years of experience in the optical industry, she brings outstanding management and organizational skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills to the EDO team. Mia promotes a team-oriented working environment and maintains a high level of personal commitment, communication and accountability to our organization. She is focused on producing high-quality products and services that exceed the expectations and goals of everyone we serve.
